This design was inspired by a road trip into the Northwest Territories for a folk festival in Yellowknife. As my sister and I were driving around the west side of Great Slave Lake, we came across a herd of bison. It was so cool to see them in out in the wild, in their natural habitat, just roaming around. I also wanted to include the landscape in the design. It really changes as you travel farther north. The trees get shorter and it’s flat and rocky and there’s lakes and bogs everywhere. It makes me want to explore northern Canada more!
Printed on a Cranberry Women's Petite Fit Tri-Blend Track T-Shirt. (6.5oz 50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon)
This is a rather fitted Ladies shirt, very much on the petite side of things. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.
Heather is 5'9" and wearing a large.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Because there’s polyester and rayon in the fabric, it will not shrink at all when put in the dryer! I use water-based inks for all my prints, which are great because they sink right into the fabric instead of sitting on the surface. So they won't crack or fade, but just get softer with each wash until you can't even feel them!
