Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and ask that you contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return or exchange of your item prior to sending it back in the mail.
Please email Heather at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an item. Mailing instructions will be provided by email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that a refund has been issued. A credit for the amount of the item being returned (not including shipping) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We are happy to exchange items that are not the right size. (Ordering clothing online is tough, we get it, and we appreciate you trying!) If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check that the item requested for the exchange is in stock, and to receive mailing instructions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you will be covered by Mumble Tease.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
